Tempsure-Envi is an excellent therapy to tighten skin, however, not a good idea when you have tattoos.
Because it is Radio frequency, it may damage the Tattoo. It will depend where is the tattoo in relation to where you apply the radio frequency.

I am not aware of any study made to compare the efficiency of different systems/procedures.

Anyone with a pacemaker, an ICD ( Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator), or any other implanted electronic device. Anyone with metallic plates in their body, is NOT a candidate for Tempsure.
