Can the Geneveve procedure be done after recent hysterectomy?
Geneveve after a hysterectomy
Dec 30, 2018
If it has been 12 weeks after the hysterectomy there shouldn’t be a problem at all. The area treated by the Geneveve is the outer third of the vagina. The innermost area of the vagina (where the cervix was and now there are stitches) is not treated or even touched while doing this procedure.

Can Viveve be performed after a TVT sling?
Viveve after TVT
Dec 16, 2018
My recommendation would be not to do a Viveve treatment in your case. You should return to the physician that did the TVT sling for reevaluation and look for alternatives to solve the leakage. Patients that require a TVT usually have severe urinary stress incontinence. Viveve treats mild to moderate cases of urinary incontinence and may not provide the results that you are looking for. It could improve the leakage, but there is a high probability that it may not fix…
at is the most effective way to tighten my vagina with long lasting fast results?
Vaginal tightening with long lasting effects
Nov 10, 2018
Vaginoplasty is the only way to to tighten the vaginal canal and have the effects last for several years. Laser and radiofrequency treatments (like Femilift and Viveve, respectively) will have tightening effects that last approximately one year. This is also true for other types of non-surgical approaches.

Would Percocet interfere with the O-Shot?
Narcotics and O-Shot
Sep 29, 2018
There shouldn’t be any problem by taking Percocet or any narcotics after the O-Shot. We prefer that the patient avoids any NSAIDs close to the administration of the O-Shot to prevent a decrease in the effectiveness of the treatment. Narcotics (like Percocet) don’t have NSAIDs.

After Geneveve, how long does it take to notice improvement for vagina tightness? Is ThermiVa
Time to notice improvement after Geneveve
Sep 15, 2018
Geneveve by Viveve is a radiofrequency treatment in a single session and it can take up to 90 days to see the full tightening effects. However, patients will start seeing the benefits before the 90 days. This varies per patient. Some patients can notice results as early as 2 weeks after the treatment.
Thermiva is also a radiofrequency treatment, but it is given in 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart. Timing for the full effects is also around 90 days, but initial…
Will laser treatments help if you’ve progressed to crowning (like in birth)?
“Crowning” in menopause
Sep 15, 2018
It seems to me that what you refer to as “crowning” is actually pelvic organ prolapse. This is when your ligaments and muscles in the pelvic area are stretched and don’t provide the adequate support. This can result in the uterus lowering down in the vaginal canal, and in extreme cases even protruding outside of the entrance of the vagina. Also, there can be protrusion of the bladder into the vaginal canal, and even rectal protrusion. Lasers will not correct these…
Would Femilift or Intima improve size of my labia or is labiaplasty would be my best option?
Labia reduction and Femilift or Intima
Sep 10, 2018
Based on the picture that you are providing labiaplasty (surgery) is the only option for correction. Devices like Femilift will not reduce the size of the labia minora. They are meant for other purposes that usually are focusing in the inner vaginal canal to cause vaginal tightening and to help with urinary stress incontinence.
