That is a GREAT option for permanent lip augmentation! I have treated a good many women over 50 for their lips with Silikon 1000…and they get fabulous results! I think you are underestimating your body’s ability to mount a healing response and produce collagen. You may be happy with a single treatment, having it injected with the micro-droplet technique. It is more likely the 2 (or more) months later, you will want a little more. One can only safely inject a small amount into a given area…

Great questions!
You have a very pretty smile, which could be enhanced, in my opinion, with appropriately injected filler. My favorite hyaluronic filler for lips is Kysse, which could (temporarily) make your “gummy smile” less gummy, and increase the vertical height of your lips to reduce the local areas of thinning seen when you smile. If you liked that, you could consider having them injected with Silikon 1000, using the micro-droplet technique.
