Statement: Dr. George Lefkovits is a double board-certified plastic surgeon and director of Park Plaza Plastic Surgery on New York City’s Upper East Side. With over 40 years experience, he is a recognized leader in women’s and men’s cosmetic surgery.

“I put my training and experience at the service of my patients,” says Dr. Lefkovitz. “I always emphasize creating a natural result.”

His many specialties include breast augmentation, Brazilian Butt Lift, tummy tuck, mommy makeovers, and gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction).

Dr. Lefkovits attended Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington D.C. and earned his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate Medical College in Brooklyn, New York.

He went on to complete an internship in General Surgery at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York, followed by a residency in plastic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan, where he became chief resident.

Dr. Lefkovits is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery. He is a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Breast augmentation shape and size is best determined during an in-offic econsultation. It cannot be short change. But looking at yiour desired photois you would need more than 200 cc. You would more likely need in the mid 300cc. But again, an examination is necessary to make a final determination.,

Uou would need to be examined in the office to feel the bulge as well as the separation of the abdominal muscles. In addition the excess kin needs to be evaluated. A full Tummy Tuck is the most likely form of treament but an examination needs to be performed to best determinre the proper treatment. Yoiu should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon. Moderate or moderate plus profiles are the most common profile implants we use .It is rare to use low profile implants. Considering your dimensions and your photos and with out examining you I would suggest a 255 cc moderate implants. But you should review this with your plastic surgeon.

In view of your weight loss you really need to be examined to assess the procedures that will benefit from you and to decide upon a staged schedule for the procedures. From the limited views on the photos you will probably also benefit from fat transfer to the butt ( BBL) and to the hips. You should schedule an appointment with a Board Certified plastic surgeon . The photos suggest that you have excess skin overhang. You ar not a candidate for non-invasive liposuction including skin tightening. Do not let yourself be talked into doing that because you will be throwing your money out. You need to be examined to see whether you could benefit from liposuction and mini Tummy tuck or whether a full TT is necessary. You should consult with a Board Certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.
