Thank you for your question, pictures taken immediately after your operation are not a good representation of your final results. You will see immediate results on your nose however the are will be swollen and edematous, therefore this will not be even close to your final results. After a rhinoplasty it takes between 6 months – 1 year for the nose to be completely settled on your face.
