As you are probably aware lumps and bumps are not unusual following filler injections. They are usually temporary and maybe related to the layer of tissue where the filler was placed the type/physical characteristics of the chosen filler as well as busing and minor trauma caused by filler placement itself. Bluish discoloration of the skin maybe due to superficial placement of hyaluronic acid product or the presence of a bruise.

Two days post treatment for tear troughs is too early to asses final results as well as potential problems The immediate reaction of the surrounding tissues with swelling, busing and overall irritation will distort the area and be confusing as far as final results are concerned.
Depending on the type of Restylane product that was used in your treatment you will see better integration in the tissue or not.

Although both are viable options for addressing your double chin, I would suggest starting with Mesolipo injection treatments. This is what I suggest in my practice based on experience with both treatments. Typically, 2-3 injection sessions will be recommended. A combination approach of using both Mesolipo and then completing the treatment with Coolsculpting could also work and I would suggest mentioning this to your provider.

This is a great question! Although a Microlaser Peel with a Sciton laser will improve texture and help you start to smooth out your skin, the Halo Laser by Sciton is going to give you a nicer overall result. The Halo is a more aggressive treatment that will typically deliver a better result with just one treatment. If you decide to go with Microlaser Peels instead of the Halo Laser, I would recommend you do a series of at least 3 Microlaser Peel treatments.
