Good morning! Thanks for your question. Based on the pictures you provided I think a full vial will be needed of Juvederm Ultra. The newer Volbella is excellent also but would give you a more subtle result. Good luck!
Is numbness and warm skin to be expected one week out from Smart lipo in the chin and neck?

Good morning! Thanks for your question and sorry to hear about your suffering. Some degree of numbness can certainly occur but warmth is a bit concerning as it raises the possibility of an infection. I strongly advise you to call your provider and get a followup visit as soon as you can. Hope you feel better!
How do I know if the smart lipo procedure worked?

Thanks for sharing your question with this community. Most typically the results of smart lipo should be noticeable by now. In fact, many patients see an immediate difference despite the typical swelling that occurs post op. By 6 months the swelling should have subsided and the final result should be apparent.
Is it normal to only give Botox to the top half of a forehead?

You certainly could have additional botox injected lower to help smooth out those wrinkles. There is a danger of lid ptosis but only in a specific zone very close to the eyebrow.

The best way to smooth out the the bumps is to periodically massage them with a rubber ball. In addition, sometimes therapeutic ultrasound will help.

2 weeks post op, did laser treatment for my spider veins work?

It does take several weeks for the effects of spider vein treatment to be seen. That said, sclerotherapy (vein injection) is really the best way to treat them. If they continue to recur or not go away, then you should be evaluated for venous insufficiency or "reflux".

Can varicose veins be fixed?

Varicose veins are never "normal" and can most certainly be fixed. Many patients are truly symptomatic but go on suffering as they are told that it's only a cosmetic issue. You should find a local expert in vascular disease. That person should do an ultrasound and hopefully find the source of the varicose veins which can lead to appropriate treatment.
