Why do my acne scars look worse after Microneedling?
MICRONEEDLING
Mar 24, 2019
Micro needling can be performed with many different devices and several different topicals including PRP. Success with MCN is truly based on what you are trying to fix. Depth of needling is very important because your collagen and elastin are formed in your dermis and if your needles are not getting to that depth you are not maximally stimulating their formation. Acne scarring needs deeper needling to >2mm.
MCN RF would probably be a better treatment for your acne scars as…
Are fillers the right choice to get younger looking eyes?
Making eyes look younger
Mar 11, 2019
I would not automatically jump to using fillers for your eyes. Filler may not remove the dark circles either. I would consider doing micro needling RF first, given your age – allow your face to make its own collagen and elastin; being that you are young it should! I was looking at part of your cheeks as well and I think a good aggressive micro needling RF would absolutely help with retexturizing, smoothing out your face and at the same time will also help with dark circles….
Microneedling with PRP or Microneedling with RF and PRP?
Micro needling RF andPRP

Micro needling alone will stimulate your body to start the healing process since it is purposeful micro-injuries to your skin which brings in a cascade of growth factors which helps build your collagen/elastin and blood vessels. The addition of radio-frequency which brings in volumetric healing of your deeper tissues adds further to the remodeling of your skin and maximizes tightening. The addition again of PRP (which is your own concentrated growth…
Can facial spider veins on upper lip, under/side nose of nose be removed?
Treatment of spider veins on the face and legs
Sep 25, 2018
Spider veins can easily be removed with laser treatment. The Cutera ExcelV is the machine we use in our office. The laser energy will target the red blood cells in the vein and once the laser hits the red blood cells, they burst, striking the wall of the vessel and collapses them. You will have some redness and mild swelling for a few hours to a day, depending on your skin’s sensitivity, which can easily be covered by makeup.
