CoolSculpting may address getting rid of some the excess adipose tissue, but will not address the excess loose skin that is causing the, "overhang." Thank you for your question! Based off the pictures you have provided you an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) will give you the most desired results. Liposuction alone will  decrease the amount of fat cells present, but will not get rid of excess skin or tighten muscles. A full tummy tuck with liposuction to the upper abdomen, flanks and lower back( Liposcution 360) will give you the appearance of a flatter stomach and an hour glass figure.

Hello and thank you for your question. Liposuction can most certainly be performed at the same time as your breast reduction, if you are a good candidate. The liposuction portion of the procedure would be considered cosmetic and would not be covered by insurance. You would be responsible for the cosmetic fee for the surgeon.
