Inner lip tattoos respond very well to laser tattoo removal and usually do not require many sessions. I recommend the Picosure laser.

It all depends on how much ink was placed. You need to wait about 4-6 weeks after the placement of the tattoo to start laser treatments. Pico second lasers, such as Picosure, clear the tattoo in fewer sessions than Q-switched lasers.
I had Laser hair removal on hairline and sideburns. Any suggestions on Yag lasers?

 I think if you have not developed any discoloration from the Alex them stay with it. Yag laser is safer on darker skin types, however it is not as effective. I think you should discuss your questions as far as after care with your laser provider.

Laser hair removal results vary depending on the location of the hair, age of the patient or presence of hormonal abnormalities such as PCOS. If you do not have any indication of having hormonal abnormalities, I would suggest trying a different laser.  We use use a 755 nm laser and are very happy with the results.

There may be a number of causes possible causes for your breathing problem.  You may have untreated septal deviation, internal or external valve collapse, untreated inferior turbinate enlargement or an allergic condition. All of these are treatable and should not be a cause for concern. If your Plastic Surgeon specializes in nasal surgery he or she will be able to address these issues.

You have developed skin discoloration from the laser treatment which was probably applied at settings which were too high  for your skin, but the good news is that these marks will resolve on their own. My guess is that it will take 3-6 months for them to go away.

I do more nasal surgeries that any other procedure in my practice and I use both the open and the closed approaches. In your specific case, based on the photos you submitted, my preference will be to use the open approach.  However, the surgeon is more important than the selected technique and I don’t think there is anything wrong with using the closed technique.

The tattoo can be removed with serial laser treatments, however, you need to wait about 6 weeks from the date you got the tattoo before you can start the treatments.  Try to find a place that uses the newer “pico” type of laser which is more effective than the older “nano” lasers. Scarring is very rare after laser tattoo removal, but a slight ghost of the tattoo usually remains due to pigment alterations in the treated skin.

If you have never removed your facial hair by other means such as waxing, depilatories or threading, then laser hair removal can stimulate those hair and you can get thicker hair.

It seems you have mild scar formation after the tattoo removal treatment.  This is not a problem because it will resolve over the next few months.  You should tell your practitioner at your next lase session to use lower power and allow at least eight weeks between your sessions.

Laser hair removal is a very good way of treating in-grown hair.  If you have dark skin you may develop discoloration from the laser treatment.  This can occur after the third or fourth treatment, even if you were fine with the first or second one.  Your practitioner should use lower settings and you can get a prescription for hydroquinone, which inhibits pigment forming cells in the skin, to use for two weeks prior to each treatment.

I would not characterize your concern as a polly-beak deformity since you have not had a prior rhinoplasty.  I think the primary issue is lack of tip projection and thick nasal tip skin.  I think you will benefit from rhinoplasty, as long as you are well aware of the limitations and the expected results.

 Spreader grafts are placed to prevent the middle portion of the bridge from narrowing too much. However if there a placed too far up, they can cause the bony part to be wider.
