As always, an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be recommended to determine this for sure. In general, I would recommend delaying any elective procedure until you are done breastfeeding. It is true that you can always " pump and dump". Keep in mind that not only applies to the medications that you will be receiving on the day of your procedure, but also for any medications you will be taking post procedure ( antibiotics, pain medicines). However, the results will continue to improve over the next six months. I believe it works even better if one also adds Morpheus microneedling to the procedure.
