This one is super easy. You need to go look for vision board photos on here. Your height and weight are meaningless. At the end of the day you are going for a look not a size. It has nothing to do with the antibiotic at all. Its all about assessing risk. It depends on what you are having done, how long the procedure is and how many other medical problems you do or do not have. They are just trying to make sure the risk is as low as it can be. There is no such thing as no risk. You are either low, moderate or high risk. It sounds like your cardiologist feel you are safe to proceed but ultimately its up to the comfort of your surgeon and the anesthesiologists.

I just did a case like yours. Very difficult surgery. Especially when you are trying to fix someone else's work. But it can be done. You need to be very realistic with your expectations of what is possible vs what you see in your mind for a result. That volume is negligable really. I do not start to see change until almost 100 cc increments. Being that said I can not say from your photos volume will fix that dent. The real question is what is that from. Is it the pectorals muscle edge or is it just a soft tissue defect. If its soft tissue you may just need some fat transfer. Very hard to make anything of that. One may have nothing to do with the other. The mass may have developed in coincidence with surgery. Or maybe it is a small blood clot or something else but I am not sure they are related really. Follow up and don't ignore it.

I let my patients side sleep after about 6 weeks. No front at all and usually you just have to let your body be your guide. Problem with side sleeping is many people end up on their front.

It really just depends. One week could be totally fine. Every patient is different. Two weeks is what I like for home recovery for my patients but if you travel home and stay put you should be fine.

This appear to just be normal bruises that will resolve in time. I would see you surgeon to make sure it is to any other issue but I am sure its pretty simple bruising.
