Hi and thanks for the great question and photos. You appear to be a very good candidate for BBL. Your BMI is appropriate for surgery and as long as you pass medical clearance you would be ready. Hi and thanks for the question. It is not uncommon to get a superficial blood clot related to the injury that you had. The way that I would approach this is to have you evaluated by a hematologist to make sure that you do not have an issue with abnormal blood clotting and as long as that doctor clears you can proceed with the BBL.

Hi and thanks for the question. You will get a result still with Kybella in the CoolSculpting area. Both treatments result in the elimination of fat cells by different mechanisms. The biggest issue resulting from doing both within a short period of time is that some of the fat cells that will be removed as a result of CoolSculpting may still be present when you applied the Kybella. I insist on garments that do not compress the buttocks and hips with either the buttocks and hips completely cut out or a very stretchy material over them. The buttocks and hips need to stretch over a period of at least 3-4 months. if a garment is tight over this area it can limit how much the tissue in these areas can stretch and therefore limit the size and shape.
