Yes in most circumstances it is a simple procedure. Speak to the PS who did your surgery as he/she will be the least expensive.  Revision for liposuction is in the 5-10% range.  This is normal.

Yes you can dissolve it  immediately but you run the risk of more bruising. The asymmetry you have is more from bleeding than from filler put in incorrectly. I would apply topical arnica and wait a week or so.  It will most likely settle down. If it does not I would get it dissolved then.

Yes. You mention that you have sagging with large areolas. Both of those problems can only be corrected with a lift.  If you put in implants you will have larger sagging breasts with large areola.

The most likely etiology of this problem is a bacterial biofilm. The treatment should always include removal of the current implant and placing a new implant. A lot of physicians use an ADM in the pocket as a pre-formed capsule that will not contract.  I have been infusing antibiotics around the implant for several days and have decreased my recurrent CC rate to less than 2%.    Taking the implants and scar capsules out is certainly a solution.  You can put them back in after about 9-12 mont...

I would return to your PS.  We always guess in the operating room about volume differences and shape differences. It looks like you need a larger implant on the left or a smaller on the right.  In addition you can make some height adjustments to the Nipple areolar complex.   Hard to say exactly but you might need to change the kind of lift to a standard lift to get your nipples more even.  I would encourage you to return to the first PS as he probably did a pretty good job. Yes that can be removed.  A tightening device like Bodytite is very useful in conjunction with liposuction to tighten the skin.  You should get a great result because the fat it so isolated.

Yes you can do a crescent lift but I am not a fan of that operation. I prefer a concentric lift as the scar is generally better.  I am against lowering the implant fold as this can create all sorts of flexion deformities.  If you go to  a larger implant you will almost certainly need to more your nipple up.   Either  a concentric or standard lift would be appropriate with a larger implant.

You only need a lift if your nipples are too low.  A crescent lift can only be done in a very few and select people who only need  a minor nipple repositioning.  Any higher and you need a concentric lift or lollipop.  It is impossible to tell with the photos you sent whether you need a lift. .If you  like the frontal view of  your breasts then you can decrease the profile of the new implant but keep the diameter the same.

First you need to wait a little longer. You are just three months postpartum and it sounds like you are doing great.  The hormones in your body are still changing as is the skin tightness.   It will never get back to pre baby tightness but it will get better.  There is a bodytite device that can tighten that skin.  Not as effective as a TT but a good alternative. Breast implants will not affect your ability to breast feed.  Stretch marks can be made worse but this is unusual. In most cases they appear less than before the surgery.  In terms of a referral for a PCOS MD, I would ask your primary care or GYN doctor

Yes you can get shaped saline implants. In the mid to late 90's we used a lot of shaped saline implants. The results were not as good as we had hoped so we stopped using them.
