With aging the prominence of the cheek drops. You can address this by correcting the shift in volume. If there is excess skin you can do a facelift. If you want to add volume filler vs fat grafting would be the choice I would go with. An exam and thorough conversation would be ideal. Morpheus 8 is a good option for minor skin laxity, however I do think you need some additional volume to obtain the refreshed and rejuvenated look you are going for.
Eyes have bad result after face/eyebrow lift. What can be done to improve them?

I think you can just have another upper blepharoplasty to correct the location of the scars and take out the extra skin you have left. An in person examination would be best.

You can do a direct excision to improve the nasolabial folds. However, I think in the right hands you can perform a facelift and not move the fat to give you augmented cheek bones that you do not want.

Great and thoughtful questions. The risk is higher if you are using general anesthesia. Having said that you can take precautions and do so safely. A board certified plastic surgeon can look at your history, assess the reason behind the pulmonary embolism. If there were inciting factors that are no longer present. Additionally, a preoperative consultation with a hematologist can be helpful. Your surgeon should be able to guide you through this process.
