Hello dear, you have asymmetry which is normal in the human body and different on the breasts are really common, in some people the difference is more noticeable, in your case you also have sagging skin and my recommendation is a breast lift to achieve symmetry between the two breasts.

Hello, that is an important question, each surgeon has their own protocols and the most important thing is that your diabetes must be under control, however I personally require that the A1C to be at 6.5 and below.
