Liposuction of the arms is very straightforward. It can be done as an outpatient usually under local anesthesia with IV sedation. The most important factor is your skin tone. Your photos appear that your skin tone is adequate but you would only know for sure with an in person examination. The other consideration is having a larger arm to enlarged muscle anatomy. This would limit your result. This again could be determined by an in person exam.

You have breast deflation related to your significant weight loss (congrats on that). Your treatment would be straightforward. A full mastpexy with submuscular implants. This would be done as an outpatient under general anesthesia. If you are larger framed a bigger implant would be ok but you do not want to overdo the size since that would be going against the lift that was just done. An evaluation in person obviously is a must. It is hard to tell from the photo but this may be a hemangioma. Was it present as a child? If so, there could be an attempt to remove it with an open rhinoplasty technique. The biggest concern is the quality of the overlying skin and how involved it is with the tumor/lesion. Doing an MRI would better delineate what it is and the extent. I would suggest you go to the University of Michigan which is close by to you.

Correction of your situation is straightforward. It simply entails an alar base reduction. There are different types of reductions and in your case a small reduction of your nostril size would be undertaken. You would not get pinched nostrils. Aesthetically, the width of your ala (outside of the nostril) should be in line with a perpendicular drawn down from the medial canthus of the eyes. This is a good way to judge if they are too wide.

You appear to be an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck. I assume you are planning no further children. Yes, your clover tattoo will be gone but your other tattoos are far enough lateral to be spared. Nothing would be done at this stage unless you were cleared by your Obstetrician. Your situation would not be considered an emergency so likely they are going to recommend you wait. The implant sits behind the breast gland. Even with build up of scar tissue this should not effect the function of the gland. You do not mention your age. It would entail a formal exam but there is an outside chance that you could have liposuction alone. It depends on the quality and elasticity of your neck skin. The other option is a neck lift as stated. I have done similar people with liposuction alone and it worked.
A chin implant is very simple. This would be up to you. If so, I feel it would be a small implant in your situation.

You are correct when you say that the nasal tip skin is thicker than the top of your nose skin. This is due to more oil glands in this location. It appears from your photos that you have a slightly boxy tip that could be easily improved with a rhinoplasty. I do not think your skin is so thick that it would hide the result. See a board certified surgeon who is well versed in rhinoplasty with a good deal of experience.

The number one priority in any surgical procedure is the patient safety. We have been doing liposuction as an outpatient for over 20 years. We have had no untowards effect by doing this. Many surgeons feel more comfortable keeping you overnight and this is OK. There is one consideration whereupon you should stay overnight is in large volume liposuction. If we gain weight as an adult each adipocyte (fat cell) balloons. So once a fat cell is removed it is no longer there to enlarge. Studies have shown that when an individual gains weight after liposuction the areas of enlargement are somewhere else (you still can get some enlargement at lipo site because not all the fat is removed here)….

In any Plastic Surgery procedure a “natural” result is best. No one should notice that you looked “operated”. In your situation this would be no different.
