Hi!  Thank you for your question.  From the photo, the mole does not look very large so my recommendation would actually be to have the mole removed at the same time as your Rhinoplasty procedure.  Most Board Certified Plastic Surgeons perform mole removals often.  Having it done at the same time will allow to you only have one downtime.  It looks to be far enough away from the nose that the cast put on from the Rhinoplasty will not affect the healing of the mole being removed!  Best of luck!

My first recommendation is to contact the Plastic Surgeon that performed your Rhinoplasty.  Each Physician usually has their own set of post-operative instructions that they give to their patients.  Following his or her specific guidelines for activity levels during the healing process is ideal.  That being said, I recommend to our patients to avoid heavy lifting (anything over 25 pounds) for the first six weeks after nose surgery.  Hope this information helps!
