You had excess skin preop and you also had ptosis, the lids hang over the pupil. So at a glance it looks like your surgeon did an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and a ptosis repair, that is a tightening of your levator tendon that raises the lid. This I suspect is the cause of your inability to close your lids at night. Massage the scar twice a day with a facial moisturizer, and wait. These ptosis repairs all attenuate somewhat with time so just wait for now. Use some kind of eye lubricant at…
