There is no reason why you can’t do coolsculpting prior to surgery. However, I recommend waiting three months after surgery to treat areas in the surgical field.

From the photographs it definitely seems that you would be great candidate for mastopexy without implants. You should seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon!!

The redness could be typical post-op swelling/bruising but also may be an early cellulitis/infection. You should see the plastic surgeon who performed your surgery

It is difficult to tell from the photos. Smoking is always discourage in the perioperative period, especially in abdominoplasty surgery. That being said the belly button can look very bruised and beat up during the first week post-op. Very important to keep close follow up with your plastic surgeon

Unfortunately there is no safe way to release or fix a capsular contracture short of surgery. I am unaware of any 10 minute procedure that would do anything

It sounds as though you may have some superficial separation of your tummy tuck incision. This is not uncommon and usually heals very well with local wound care that your plastic surgeon should be able to teach you how to perform. Best of luck in the healing process.

This is not an uncommon thing to occur in tummy tucks, some separation in the midline can often be treated with dressing changes but sometimes will need some debridement/procedure. Very important to see your surgeon
