This 31 year old patient had been interested in a breast revision surgery for many years. She was interested in a rounder, more "fuller" look. She is now 5 weeks post op bilateral breast revision surgery with 800cc - 960cc saline overfilled breast implants filled to 1700cc as well as and Bilateral Capsulorrhaphy (also known as internal bra).
