Excellent question. As you pointed out there is a loss of skin elasticity that will need to be addressed at the time of the implantation. You will also likely need to have the nipple placed in a more superior position (Mastopexy). There are a number of implant sizes and styles to chose from. This is a common and difficult question to answer without an in-person evaluation. Everyone has their own definition of what a natural esthetic breast looks like. I would suggest visiting a plastic surgeons office and discuss what you see is deficient in your breast appearance and then build a plan on how you address it. In order to get the most optimal result I would recommend a period of weight loss prior to surgical intervention. Based on the pictures I would say that if you had surgery at the current state you would not be achieving the result you would be looking for. I recommend that my patients get down to their goal weight prior to surgical intervention. This minimizes the risk of complications and also decreases the likelyhood of needing secondary revisions.

Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you would be an excellent candidate for a combined abdominal procedure with a breast procedure. These procedures work well together and allow for dual correction with one period of recovery. I would recommend a full abdominoplasty in order to achieve the level of correction you are looking for.As always, it is best to have an in-person assessment with a Plastic Surgeon who can go over all of your options.

Excellent question. One there is laxity in the fascia of the abdominal wall there is no exercise that will return its strength. This is often corrected at the time of an abdominoplasty with rectus plication. Exercises prior to surgery will not cause issues with its repair down the road.

Thank you for your question. I always recommend that if a patient is interested in further weight reduction to have this accomplished prior to surgery. This way there is a smaller chance that you will need a revision if you were to have the surgery first then lose additional weight. In your case the weight of skin and fat removed is less than you would think. However, if you are happy at your current weight you would still be a reasonable candidate for surgery.Best of luck!

Based on your pictures I believe that you would be a good candidate for an abdominoplasty. This procedure will address the stretch marks to the lower abdomen while improving the overall skin tone. Repair of the abdominal muscles and hernia could be done at the same time.
