Yes, these lines will get better but not completely disappear. A facelift primarily targets sagging or drooping skin on the lower face and neck by tightening the underlying tissues. This can improve the appearance of jowls and better define the jawline however, its effectiveness in addressing wrinkles on the surface, especially when you smile hard (like in the photo provided) might be limited.

The real answer is… Nothing much. Both are branded names for what essentially is laser assisted liposuction. Smart Lipo is the brand name for One of the laser devices that is used.  The Trisculpt Micro LaserLipo is the branded procedure name used by a body contouring company called Sonobello, but basically they are also using the same Smartlipo laser machines that are made by Cynosure  essentially these names are just marketing gimmick’s to make them stand out.
