Based on your height and weight this would be considered a large implant. The most useful measurement that we often use in predicting if an implant size is suitable is the base width of the breast. If you are planning on loosing a significant amount of weight after your breast augmentation surgery, the natural volume of your breast will reduce. The excess skin that remains will either retract or sag. With the amount of weight loss that your are considering there would be considerable concern that it would create some deflation after the weight loss, and you may require a breast lift to revisionary surgery for the shape.

You wound probably benefit from a breast lift to improve the shape of the breasts. It looks as though the nipple/areolar complex is sitting low, and there is some loss of volume in the upper pole of the breast. A breast lift would make the breasts rounder, increase the upper pole fullness, and reposition the areolas higher on the breasts. This would leave a lollipop scar around the areola, and from the areola to the inframammary fold.

It is possible to correct the size of the areolas with an areolar reduction. This is best done with a permanent internal stitch to mininmize the risk of it stretching out again.
The nipple inversion can also be corrected with surgery. This issue with this, however, is that during the surgery the milk ducts going into the nipple are often cut and this would eliminate the possibility of breast feeding in the future, so this would be better left until after you have kids.
