Hi, It's hard to analyze skin looseness by seeing a picture, but in case you have loose skin, there are multiple radiofrequency devices that can help you tight skin, this can be performed as a ambulatory procedure with topical anesthesia. In case you have severe skin laxity then a surgical procedure will be your best option. Hope this is helpful.

Hi, after analyzing your pictures I can say that you have a nice body shape, with minimal excess of skin (based on the pictures). If you are trying to avoid a mini tummy tuck you can consider a Liposuction (to address the small amount of subcutaneous fat) in combination with BodyTite to tight the skin and have a soft definition in your abdomen. Ask your plastic surgeon if he offers this treatment, or in case he doesn't have it what are his recommendations to tight the skin in your abdomen....

It is amazing the surprises that we as plastic surgeon can get whenever we are performing a Liposuction, in some cases we can expect to have small amounts in certain patients and we have a lot. The amount of fat can not be precisely be predicted before a procedure.

In some cases the elastic garments used in patients that have a combination of abdominal and arm lipo are ONE PIECE (arms and Abdomen). In my opinion you should ask your plastic surgeon assistant before the procedure, in order to check if it's a one piece or you have to add the elastic sleeves. Hope this is helpful.
