An in-person exam would be needed to determine if you have more fatty development or true breast tissue excess. Thank you for your question. Silicone implants, generally speaking volume for volume will weigh more than a structured implant. As far as "feel to the touch" is concerned, my personal experience is that the Ideal Implant is somewhere in between the feel of a traditional saline and a silicone, but more toward the silicone feel. Not quite exactly equivalent, but close.

Thanks for your question and photos. You specifically asked about lumpiness in your scar. It is difficult to see lumpy areas of the scar directly in the photos, but in general your surgeon probably used some dissolving stitches just below the skin surface at your scar site. Thank you for your question and pictures. As always, an in-person exam is best to make an exact determination of what is going on. However, from the pictures, it appears that you have more fatty tissue than dense glandular tissue. With that being said, there are still options for treatment to improve the contour of your chest. Vaser liposuction is a technique that uses ultrasound to break up fat cells and then the disrupted fat gets suctioned out during the procedure. In addition, the heat generated from the ultrasonic waves is supposed to help tighten the skin after the procedure.
