Thank you for your question. Implants can take up to 3-4 months to drop. When that happens, your implant will be more centred over your nipple and your scar should be more hidden. Larger implants are subject to greater gravitational forces, however, smaller implants should drop without issue. I would suggest giving it some more time and follow up with your PS. Implant displacement manoeuvres may help. If they don’t drop, then a small repeat procedure may be…

In general, it is safe to shower 48-72 hours after the procedure. Avoid using soap around the incision site. Do not take baths or keep the surgical incision submerged in still water as this will increase the likelihood of infection. Depending on your surgeon, you may have steri-strips covering your incision and these should be left for 2 weeks. You can get them wet in the shower and then just pat them dry.As for the belly button, this can be effectively cleaned gently…
