Yes it is ok. If you are having an active infection that affects the surgical area (eg. shingles) it will be important to discuss this with your surgeon prior to surgery.
Is 600cc too large for me? I am 5’8, 143lbs and I had my consultation with my plastic surgeon.

It is difficult to guide you based upon the available information. Patients with wide chests require larger volume implants to obtain their results, so it is entirely possible this makes sense with your goals. I would review your concerns with your surgeon. Best.

It is still quite early in the postoperative phase. I would cont regular follow up with your surgeon and follow their postoperative recommendations. Your appearance will change significantly over the next 8-12wks. Best.
Is a Keller Funnel effective for inframammary breast augmentation?

Yes it is possible to use the Keller funnel via IMF incision. There is not strong data to support one method as significantly safer than another, but philosophically it makes sense and does facilitate the surgery. Best.

I would recommend patience and allow complete healing. Though the vast majority of implant settling occurs over the first 8-12 weeks, there can be additional settling over the course of a year. Additionally, the appearance of scars usually looks significantly better as you get closer to a year. Discuss your concerns w your plastic surgeon. Best.

This is difficult to answer in a meaningful way without doing a consultation. I would recommend caution in doing a consult the day prior to surgery, as often it takes time to digest the information presented in the consult and it is not uncommon to make changes after the consult. Best.

I would recommend finding a surgeon based upon their credentials and experience first. Though cost is an important consideration, it is better to put things off and save, and have the right surgeon .. as a 'budget' surgery can sometimes lead to dissatisfying results. Best.

Breast augmentation doesn't treat nipple position specifically. When patients are 'borderline' for needing a lift, often it is recommended to defer a lift and allow the implants to settle in order to avoid unnecessary scarring. If you are dissatisfied with the position of your nipples, this is something you can discuss with your surgeon. Best.

It can be overwhelming trying to find an appropriate physician for treatment. The highest standards are found in Board Certified Plastic Surgeons, as they are strictly trained and regulated in cosmetic treatments. All other groups (dermatologists, ophthalmologists, ENT's, and non-physicians) can be 'board-certified' but have 0 experience or training in cosmetic injectables.
