Shadypalms123 please do not get a facelift. First you’re not a candidate and your way to young. Any filler will just make your face more full. Masseter Botox is a great tool which you have tried. Another great tool is Buccal fat pad removal which is performed by an incision in the cheek from inside the mouth. A small amount of cheek fat is removed this slimming your face.

The distance between your scar and areola is going to determine what can be done. Time in order for the skin in that area to stretch and for your breast to become somewhat ptotic. Now this may not ever happen so then a breast lift may be possible with a lollipop incision to rearrange the skin but your breast will also need to have that extra skin to rearrange.

There are techniques in breast surgery that lift your breast higher onto your chest wall. This does require moving your inframammary fold. This technique is not used be all plastic surgeons but for those that do (including myself) know it is a great option for those that are candidates for it.
