Yes this is part of the procedure. The product will gather in the area in which it has been injected in and will remain there for about 2-4 weeks while it is being degraded. Yes you are correct, 4 applicators to the targeted area are more effective than just 2. What we have found in our office when treating the abdomen area, using the 4 applicators to one side of the belly button and then 4 to the other side is far more effective than using two. When looking at your photos, I would say, although an in person consult would be best, would be to use the Obagi NuDerm Kit. This includes topicals that have prescription grade products in them used for lightening and evening out skin tone. In the state of California ONLY a trained physician, MD or a nurse can preform SculpSure treatments. If you have a SculpSure treatment by any other person, not only is it illegal in California, but you are putting yourself at risk by not having the medical knowledge of the physician or nurse.
