You should wait until maximal wait loss has occurred. Once that occurs the extra skin and fatty tissue will likely be excised (probably vertically and horizontally) and the abdominal rectus muscles will be plicated (sutured together in the mid-line) to achieve a much tighter and flatter abdomen. Thank you for your question. First off, you do not need fat transfer or any other “reconstructive procedure.” A few chest and breast measurements need to be made. There is a wide range of silicone breast implant, and breast implant sizes, styles and levels of cohesiveness to the implants themselves. An experienced plastic surgeon can help you thru all of the various options to reduce the appearance of wide set breasts.

I am afraid that a non surgical option does not exist. You could undergo a conservative upper lid blepharoplasty or possibly a fronto-temporal brow lift with no blepharoplasty.

I personally do not favor the peri-areolar mastopexy procedure. In most instances the nipple-areolar complexes tend to dialate to a larger diameter over time and the degree of actual breast lift obtainable is relatively mild. I wish you the best!

I don’t think there is a definitive answer to your question. How about you ask your oral surgeon and plastic surgeon to come up with a plan so everyone is in the loop and happy, with no missed communications. Having said that, in general the more functional / necessary dental surgery would usually be performed first and the more cosmetic (elective) procedure would be performed after the dental issues are all resolved. Permanent sutures for midline platysmal placation are the most reliable for me.

There are several types of sutures which can work well plicating the right and left anterior platysmal bands. I think the most important criteria is that the plication sutures are small diameter (such as 5-0) and of soft material. It is also important to not overly thin out the submental skin flap with excessive liposuction.

If there are no other issues with the lower abdomen other than the indented C Section scar and not a wide diastasis recti, I think you would be a good candidate for a mommy makeover. This would consist of the c-section scar revision and an augmentation mammoplasty with the breast implants placed into “dual plane” submuscular pockets of whatever size appeals to you. Best of luck!

No these are not tuberous breasts, they are just smaller sized breasts, located more widely apart from each other. A breast augmentation with a wider breast implant profile would likely improve what bothers you. Best of luck!

Fortunately there are no additional health risks associated with a bottomed out breast implant other than its appearance and it’s location.

Based on the one photo shown and your very mild breast ptosis, it appears to me that you could get away without a mastopexy at this point in time and only undergo a simple breast augmentation procedure. Best of Luck!

Thank you for your question. The short answer to your question is unfortunately no, if you are not wilIing to undergo a mastopexy procedure. The mastopexy procedure is needed in order elevate the nipple areolar complex’s to a more elevated and perky position. Also rather large and round breast implants would be needed in order to create the very round appearance you have shown on the photos.
