You need a consultation to start. Given that you are 40, a medical grade skin care line such as NIA24 would be a good place to start. We typically recommend at least a 6-8 week regimen prior to any type of laser treatment to the face as it helps to prepare the skin and aids in better results.

Without photos it’s difficult to answer you particularly. In general there are many options variations and conbinations for lower lid rejuvenation….In my practice, I will generally combine a lower lid blepharoplasty (removal of fat pad) and Co2 laser resurfacing of the lower lids which tightens the skin beautifully, resulting in a much smoother more youthful appearance.
