Botox for the wrinkles of your arms is not worth wasting your money on. Not only is it an off label use. But it DOESN’T WORK! There are some modalities that will work to help reduce the wrinkles on your arms. The Exilis machine does a fair job depending on how bad the wrinkles are.

Pectoral implants like breast implants can sometimes be noticeable depending on how the procedure is done. I choose to put my pec implants under the muscle. This helps camouflage the implant. Some surgeon put it above the muscle which makes it easier to feel. It will also depend upon the chest wall structure, to help determine how noticeable they are.

Having implants high and tight ten days after surgery is normal. It takes a while for the implants to settle. Sometimes as long as 3-6 months before you get the final results. You are healing as expected and will be very happy when the process is completed.
