In the setting of an infected and exposed implant its time to explant, sterilize pocket for at least 3 months prior to attempting another implant.

Sure they can be removed as long as you are healthy enough to tolerate GA. Many times my patients in there 70s are as healthy as the ones 40 years junior.

Have you attempted to get another opinion? Implant removal with mastopexy are performed simultaneously commonly. While there is nothing wrong with a staged approach, it isn’t necessary. But please keep in mind that revision rates are higher when performed simultaneously. Hope this helps.
I really want to get implants but I don’t want a lift, is it possible for me?

Larger implants can often abate the need for a mastopexy, but at your grade of ptosis the mastopexy is required.
What does your HBA1C need to be to get a breast augmentation? I’m Type 1 diabetic.

In my practice HbA1C has to be very near 7.0 prior to proceeding with any cosmetic surgery since hyperglycemia is a risk factor for wound healing delays and infection. Either one would be a disaster for a BA.

At 66 inches, I would recommend 275 because it is the larger of the two you listed. This volume will not look fake like the old Hollywood style. Honestly, there is such a small volume difference that you would not make a mistake with either choice. Relax and enjoy your new look.
