From your photos, I note that you demonstrate relatively lax areolar skin, relatively small areolae, and large nipples (which accentuates the size disparity). The areolae are normally 35-45 mm in diameter.
If of concern, revision by enlarging the areolar diameter is possible by excising a ring of skin around the periphery of the areola (one may also choose to reduce the size of the nipple). 15% of cosmetic surgeries can be optimized with secondary revision.

The distance from the top of the breast bone appears relatively normal, but the distance from the nipples to the fold beneath the breasts is significantly increased.
