Yes, all these can be done at once. From your photographs, you are relatively lean so there is likely less fat available for transfer. Similarly, with a lift, there is only so much space to be able to graft o breasts. You need a second stage of fat transfer depending on the volume you desire.

Stable weight (regardless of how it is obtained) is more important to overall shape. I prefer patients to have stable weight for at least 6 months before body contouring surgery. If you are still anticipating more weight loss beyond 5-10 lbs, I would wait. It is a large investment and you want to be in optimal shape for the best possible results.

It is hard to tell the skin quality from these photographs but as as the skin is of good quality, aggressive liposuction with possibly a skin tightening Radio Frequency device (ex. BodyTite) can help narrow the waist and back. If the skin has lost its elasticity (stretch marks is a good clue), then skin removal with a tummy tuck may be needed.

I often stage the skin resection later. Most abdominoplasties and lower body lifts can have 5 leters of lipo done at the same time.

Finding the right balance between the art and science of plastic surgery is perhaps the greatest when performing body contouring procedures. In general, pick what bothers you most and combine it with areas that complement it or at minimum, do not impact recovery for the area you are most concerned about. After massive weight loss surgery, we usually recommend 18 months after surgery with 6 months of stable weight within ideal +/- 5 lbs. However, surgery can be done before the 18 month marker, but the outcome is less predictable as the body is still acclimating to the changes of massive weight loss.

Of course, traditionally we recommend having a tummy tuck after having stable weight for at least 6 months and after childbearing is complete. This is so the patient does not need a revision although a revision can always be done if needed even after having another child.
