Based on the photos I would recommend a tummy tuck. In that surgery the extra skin can be removed and the muscles tightened. Liposuction is often done as part of that procedure to help contour the waist. If you just had liposuction, your tummy would likely look better and be smaller, just not as improved as if you did the full tummy tuck. There's pros and cons to both. Fillers are ideal for treating lines at the corners of the mouth. If that is your main concern then I would favor that as your initial treatment. A facelift is indicated when there is significant droopiness of the facial tissue or laxity of the facial skin. At 35 years old it's a little early to start with a facelift. Most patients need at least 2 weeks off for a breast reduction. Nurses at the hospital I work at are given 2 weeks by their employer, the hospital, and they do well. They have to limit lifting and try to ask for extra help if needed until they feel strong again, which is typically 4 weeks.
