It appears from your photos that you have a degree of tuberous or constricted breasts. your best results would come from breast augmentation with implants to maintain the shape of your breasts and scoring of the glandular tissue to allow breast tissue to lay flatter on the implant giving a less constricted appearance. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Fat grafting would likely not correct the shape of your breasts.

While pain generally should be decreasing within the first few days after surgery increased activity levels may lead to some increased soreness or pain in your breasts. It is normal for implants to be firm and appear with more fullness at the top the the breast immediately after breast augmentation it can take 6-12 weeks for this to gradually resolve. As long as both are similar it is not something to be concerned about. There may be several causes for you pain. You may have strained a muscle specifically your pectoralis muscle which can take a significant of time to resolve, it also possible you may have disrupted the capsule forming around your implants resulting in pain or it could just be your "nerves in the area waking up" It is common for one side to be more sore than the other even if the same surgery was performed on both sides. I typically recommend patients use a silicone scar strip to be worn once steri strips come off 24hr a day except when showering. These strips are very effective at minimizing the scar appearance. Best of Luck

Yes it is possible to move implants from under to over the muscle specifically the pectoralis muscle. this is most often performed to address animation deformity which is movement of the implant with flexing of the pectoralis muscle. moving to above the muscle will increase ability to feel the implant and risk of visual rippling. So you should have a good reason for doing so and discuss with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck

It is common for one breast to hurt more than the other. Sometimes this can be attributed to your dominant hand as that side has greater muscle mass especially in implants placed sub pectoral. In some patients though the non dominant breast hurts more. Bruising on the upper breast is uncommon but is likely an indication of why that side hurts worse. This early after breast augmentation you do not need to worry about capsular contracture. Your breasts will feel firm and tight for the next 2-3 months. They will gradually soften.
