Hello, in my practice we combine liposuction with breast augmentation regularly. Liposuction under general anesthesia is completely safe when performed by a board certified Plastic Surgeon. Since you are already undergoing a general anesthesia for the breast reduction it is quite reasonable to perform the liposuction at the same time. This will allow you to recover from both procedures at once and avoid all of the risks of a second surgery as well as avoiding the discomfort…

Hello, what you are experiencing is a relatively common problem with breast reduction surgery where there is a lack of blood flow to the tips of the skin flaps that make up the inverted T. Most likely this is just a problem on the surface and will (and may have by now) developed into a small wound that will need dressing changes for it to heal on its own over the next couple weeks. Talk to your plastic surgeon about appropriate dressings and avoid an underwire bra until the area…
