Can I do rhino, lip lift & lower blepharoplasty all in one?

Thank you for your question. For most plastic surgeons, doing this combination of procedures in one day is feasible. The most important factor is your overall health and ability to tolerate several hours of anesthesia. As with any medical procedure, safety comes first. Can Botox be used for slimming down the nasal tip?

Thank you for your question. Unfortunately botox would not be helpful, as most of the tip consists of cartilage and soft tissue. Non invasive options could include a retinoic acid derivative or isotretinoin. Depending on anatomy however, surgery may be the best option. I hope this is helpful, and all the best to you.

Thank you for your question. This concern is very common. Essentially, the thicken the skin, the longer it takes for swelling to resolve, and the less visible contouring of cartilage will be. Furthermore, revision cases compound the amount of time is takes for swelling to resolve. In your case, you have very thick skin in addition to revision surgery. Thank you for your question. It appears that you have slightly more skin of your right eyelid compared to the left, but sometimes this is due to difference in brow height. Based on the photos, it appears that your right brow is slightly lower than the left. If you like the height of the left side more, then a brow lift would likely be the best option.
