Massage is the best way I know of to reduce lumps or bumps after fillers, especially the hyluronic acid products. However, if this isn't helping, careful injection of hyluronidase can be helpful. The benefit of massage is that once the bumps go down, you are usually left with some uniform filling and are hopefully happy then. If the hyluronidase is injected, usually all of the filler will disapate, so you are left with no benefit.

Restylane should not absorb in just a few weeks after injection. Most likely you had quite a bit of swelling with your injections, and that swelling—once resloved—-left you feeling like you had lost the fullness of the Restylane. Speak to your doctor. Usually, pre-op photos are taken so you can compare to see if indeed you have received some benefit. I have personally never seen Restylane, or any filler, disappear that quickly.

The shaking you experienced was not a "convulsion", as you listed, but rather a normal physiological reaction of you body trying to keep warm. The injected fluid makes your body cooler, and the epinephrine in the solution vasoconstricts your skin cappillaries so blood flow is reduced. It is not unusual to have some contined swelling and firm areas at the 6-week post-op mark after liposuction, especially an aggressive liposuction procedure where 5 liters of fat was removed. This is just caused by fluid retained in the area and this will usually go away with time. I put all my patients on an aggressive massage protocol after surgery.
