Breast reduction can be done with or without mesh support. The point of using the mesh is to give added support to the breast tissue. I would disagree with the opinion of the Turkish doctor. If a patient has weak tissue support, such as thin dermis or poor tissue elasticity, that is more of a reason to use the internal mesh support. If the mesh is placed properly, you should not have deformities of the breast. Also keep in mind that this mesh dissolves slowly over time. Best wishes to you.

It sounds like you are a candidate for a lower or “mini” abdominoplasty. With that procedure the belly button is left in place. There is no point in “floating” the belly button if you don’t want it moved. With a float procedure, the umbilicus is detached at its base and moved down.
