These are probably questions best answered by your operative surgeon. He/She would probably have the best insight into your incision type, which may be the source of some of your skin numbness, but not your nipple numbness. Generally, implant placement is what places the nerve to your nipple at risk. Usually, the numbness is temporary.

It may be possible for you to safely have your procedure performed, but it would be prudent for you to have a complete pre operative assessment before surgery.

Not all irregular hear rhythms are equivalent, and some may require more planning and preparation than others. Based on your photos, I don’t believe that you will be happy with an augmentation alone. Given your desire to be a D cup, a larger implant may be used, but it’s likely you will still require some skin tightening. The nature of of the lift will depend on your expectations and an in person exam, but going without it may result in tissue sagging below your implant.

A qualified surgeon should be able to go over this with you during your consult.

Unfortunately, as you have heard from others, there likely is not a great non-surgical method to reshape your breasts.  The good news, however, is that you will, most likely be able to address the sagging, areolar size, and symmetry with surgery.  You will need an in person exam with a board certified physician, who can determine the appropriate procedure for you.  You will have the ‘anchor’ type scars, which are noticeable early, but after they fade, will be quite acceptable.Good luck!

It’s difficult to know for sure, but judging from your appearance, the skin sagging issue is likely something that will require a formal breast lift to address.  It’s not likely that a band will help.

I’ve found over time that the best way to estimate an implant size for any particular patient is to use a reliable commercially available sizing system in association with surgeon assessment and input.Try to have a relationship with a surgeon that understands your priorities and can assess your individual situation.

There really is no ‘best’ silicone implant.  This is why there are so many different types of implants available.  Each surgeon will have their own personal preference.However, I would advise you that your end outcome is much more a reflection of other factors vs the actual implant type. In other words, your physical body habitus prior to surgery and the size of the implant will likely contribute more to your end outcome than the type of implant.

Without knowing what you desire as your end outcome, it is nearly impossible to answer your question.Typically, cup sizes are difficult to accurately correlate with implant size, as there are other variables that will affect your result.  An experienced surgeon should be able to give you an estimation what the end outcome will be.

It would be helpful to know what your appearance was like before surgery, as there may have been some pre existing fold position issues and/or nipple position asymmetry that may be contributing to your look.I would suggest seeing your surgeon.  He/she may recommend being placed in a bra with a tighter band size to control your right fold while things are settling.

As others have outlined, it is most likely that the itching that you are experiencing is a result of nerve stretch injury during your procedure.  If so, this should be a temporary condition that ultimately resolves. However, it is best to be evaluated by your surgeon, as there are other conditions that potentially would contribute to this.

It would be best to have an idea of what your ideal outcome would be.It’s unlikely that implants alone, of any type are going to provide you with reasonable symmetry.  More than likely, you are going to require some version of a mastopexy in addition to implants for an attempt at symmetry.  Gel implants are generally going to be more forgiving of chest wall asymmetry such as yours.Best of luck.
