This scar looks to have had difficulty healing with excessive scar tissue. If you suspect it was the vicryl your best bet would be to excise the scar and have it closed again.

This is possible however it would depend on how long the implants have been in place. If the implants have been in for some time, it is likely there may be an implant capsule that may need to be removed as well.

I would recommend a mini tummy tuck with a low scar and an umbilical float. The diastasis can be fixed at that time and the umbilical hernia can also be fixed.

Thank you for your question. I have found the vectra photos to be accurate to a certain extent. It cannot show some of the contrasts that would be caused by shadowing. In the end it is a 2D image that is trying to show 3D changes. I would trust the guidance of your plastic surgeon.

Hello and thank you for your question. For a TT I would recommend you get your body mask index down in order to make the procedure safer. This does not need to be done with a sleeve. You scar can be revised however without undergoing a tummy tuck.

This is a hard question to answer. Some surgeons have a fixed fee. Some surgeons base their fee on how much time is needed to deliver a great result. You can find a variety of prices that also comes with a variety of skill levels. It would be poor form to find the cheapest price with the lowest skill level and not get the result you are after.
