Higher profile or narrower implants can push nipples out when cleavage is priority over chest symmetry. Implant width is always a consideration and can improve the appearance. An experienced PS can help.

A mastectomy, even a nipple sparing will cause diminished sensation to the skin and nipple. Sensation can slowly improve after mastectomy,but it is diminished significantly. Excess skin can be removed at the time of NSM and an implant can be used if experience is used. We do this commonly on healthy women in one stage.Check out the photos.

I prefer a less than 2 inch incision in the crease at the base of the breast. This access puts me between your nerves and close to the muscle release points. I do use around the areola incision for saline implants without problems.

I am glad you feel good at this time. Be smart and take it easy with your pectoral muscles. Do not over use your arms. A tell patients a bra provides support for 3-4 weeks, especially at night to limit migration.

Healing the pocket is very important. The pocket resoftens after many months and needs to be re-evaluated in 6 months. We want to make sure there is no deep scarring. Redo cases can get good results. Do not go too big!

Odor can be simple moisture over the incision too long. I like soap and water and clean dry dressings to support. Padding as softness to good support.My patients shower daily after 24 hours. Your tape dressings may hold moisture. Remove them and follow up with your ps.

This can happen when a doctor shoots you up. A careful plan can avoid this.n If you have forehead muscle activity above your peaked brow, I would add botox 4U on each side. Excess botox in central forehead and outer eyes causes this look.See an experienced injector.

Tiny irregular bumps are not typical of acne. These tend to be indented. I have had luck with cautery of each lesion. They typically shrink and flatten, but they do come and go in other areas. Certainly, your darker skin needs careful treatment. Non ablative laser may help minimize them but you will likely need ongoing sessions.

Not sure why lipo or reduction makes you leak urine. Long surgeries do require hydration and a catheter to drain the bladder but issues at this time are not typical. If the problem persists your may need to see a urologist or gyro-urologist.

Inusurance carriers use ht/wgt to determine the amount we have to remove. We get to decide, when a reduction is cosmetic. I reccommend that you lose 30 pounds before your consult by walking and eating healthy. your BSA requirements can be reviewed by your PS.

Breast reductions commonly reduce patients to that range. I do recumbent diet and exercise(walking) to lose weight. I understand the heaviness can slow you down. Weight loss may not change your breast size, but 20-30 lbs will shrink your chest/band measurement. Cup sizes differ with your chest wall size.

The small raised skin nodule is likely not suture. If the lump is stuck to skin, it likely represents an inclusion cyst. They can occur with this operation in that location. Your PS can excise this small lump easily.
Can my fat pocket under the buttock area be minimised with a form of liposuction?

Your shape looks good overall. The localized areas of fat respond well to liposuction in the posterior thigh. An experienced PS can soften the hips and your pocket while defining the buttock crease better.You look like a good candidate.

2 months after arm liposuction, patients tissues typically get softer. Typical healing soften slowly at 6 weeks and continues for another 6 weeks. Nerve sensitivity can be present but typically resolves soon. Your photos look fine. Advil can help the discomfort. Follow up with your PS.
