Thank you for your inquiry. Botox would be the therapy of choice on your forehead and glabella (above and between eyebrows) to simmer down your muscles and prevent further dermal etching.
For your sagging cheeks and increased jowls and marionette prominence, I would suggest Voluma or Restylane Lyft for added volume and to replace your loss of underlying structure. Voluma results last quite a bit longer. You could also opt for the ALMI fat transfer procedure…
