Name: Angela Ezell

Position: Physician Assistant

Biography: Angela Ezell is a native Texan and attended Trinity Valley School in Fort Worth and Vanderbilt University. After graduation, Angie pursued a career in the medical device industry focusing on surgical devices and critical care technologies. She followed her love of medicine and strong belief in patient advocacy and attended Bethel University’s Physician Assistant program in Tennessee. She then participated in an Emergency Medicine Fellowship at UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and Parkland Hospital.

Angela is a board certified Physician Assistant and is certified in the clinical & aesthetic use of lasers in multiple modalities, such as IPL, CO2, radiofrequency and ultrasound. She has surgical experience in cardiac, otolaryngologic , general, orthopedic, gynecologic , plastic and neurological surgeries. Angela is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

Name: Cynthia Pena

Position: Medical Assistant

Biography: Cynthia is a Certified Medical Assistant with 17 years of experience. She takes pride in providing personal and knowledgeable care to each of our patients, and she will assist Dr. Kirby in answering any questions you may have after your surgery. One of Cynthia’s passions is to watch patients go through this journey and regain their self-confidence.

Cynthia is married with 3 amazing children, and she considers family to be the most important thing in life. During her free time, you will find Cynthia spending time at her children’s events or enjoying the outdoors with her family—particularly, water skiing and swimming.

Name: Raeanne Lee

Position: Practice Manager

Biography: Raeanne has over 37 years of medical experience. Raeanne started her medical career as a nurse and worked her way into office management. She has been in a private plastic surgery setting for over 12 years.

“I make myself available at all times for patients who have questions about their insurance or medical care. I enjoy working directly with the patient in all aspects of their visit with Dr. Kirby. This could mean making sure they receive the benefits from their insurance they are entitled to or answering questions about their surgical care. Making the experience at Kirby Plastic Surgery as easy and stress-free as possible is my goal with every patient.”

On weekends you may find Raeanne gardening, tending to her many animals or spending time with her grandchildren locally and in New Orleans. She also loves to spend her evenings watching the sunset on Lake Granbury.

Position: Patient Care Coordinator

Biography: Megan has over ten years of customer service and management experience. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a degree in Communications, Megan landed in a small, family-owned business where she fostered a unique and friendly atmosphere. Megan became acquainted with Dr. Kirby first as a patient. She says her experience with Dr. Kirby and the family at Kirby Plastic Surgery changed her life, which drove her to seek a career in the cosmetic surgery world. Megan continues to utilize her many years in customer service to welcome new patients and help Kirby Plastic Surgery to deliver a first-class experience. Megan and her husband have one wonderful daughter. In her spare time, Megan enjoys being outside with her family, training for half-marathons and taking her daughter on adventures whenever and wherever possible.
