I would suggest laser hair removal. A good candidate is dark hair with lighter skin. Lasers will not work on gray or blonde hair because there is no pigmentation. Usually 5 to 6 treatments are required for long lasting results. Also, it depends on the laser that is being used. The hair will grow back thinner and slower with each session. Ideally, two different fillers need to be used. I would use Volbella mixed with PRP (platet rich plasma). Marionette lines and nasolabial folds need to be seen to determine the depth before deciding which type of filler will be used. If they are shallow then Vollure would work best.

I would recommend waiting up to 3 days after you get lip injections because you want swelling to be reduced. Although the uv lights shouldn’t trigger any inflammation it is best to wait to be safe.

If 20 units has not given you satisfactory results then you would need to use a filler to get rid of the number 11’s. Most of the time it’s difficult to predict how many units are adequate. Until the units are injected and reassesed.
