Name: Prof.Dr. Onur Erol

Biography: Onur Erol was born in Söke, Aydin. He completed his secondary and high school education at Saint-Joseph French High School in Istanbul. Onur Erol, who graduated from Hacettepe Faculty of Medicine in 1965, started his general surgery specialization in the same year. After completing his general surgery specialization in 1969, he completed his specialization in aesthetic surgery in 1971 and became a plastic and reconstructive surgery specialist.
He also became an associate professor at Hacettepe University in 1974. He was deemed worthy of the honor award in the international competition he participated in with his thesis on the production of veined skin flaps and was awarded the young scientist awards.
Erol, who received the Young Scientist award in America, went to America in 1976 with a 6-month scholarship given by TUBITAK. He served in the United States from 1976 to 1980. Onur Erol, who won the title of professor in America, was deemed worthy of a special award from the America
