I would definitely recommend lowering the transverse scar, revising the previous belly-button scar and correcting the “pooch” as indicated by examination. I almost always use the internal suture technique. This has worked for 98% of my patients over the past many years and thus reduces the patient’s out-of-pocket costs for the revision. I have selectively used Acellular Dermal Matrix on rare occasions, particular when the patient has very thin tissues, or when they come to me having previously had a double-bubble repair done elsewhere. Today, instead of Acellular Dermal Matrix, I now use Galaflex in such cases. Best wishes to you!

Based on these photos, you seem to have very little asymmetry postoperatively. In my opinion, different implant sizes in each breast would, more than likely, make your breasts look more asymmetric. Every woman has natural asymmetries in their breasts. (Breasts are sisters, not twins, and nothing can make them into twins). In these photos you appear to have an excellent result. You should discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon.
